These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the service-related text-message program operated by Bayside Technology LLC, doing business as Coastal Computers.

Program Description
Customers who consent may receive service-related messages concerning appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders, repair and diagnostic updates, estimates and service authorization, support-ticket updates, pickup and delivery coordination, completion notifications, and responses to customer questions. This program is for customer-care and service-related communications only. It is not used for recurring promotional or marketing offers.

Consent
Customers may consent through our website, a written service form, by initiating a text conversation, or by providing verbal permission during a service-related conversation. By opting in, you authorize Coastal Computers to send service-related SMS or MMS messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier and plan. Coastal Computers does not charge a separate SMS program fee.

Opting Out
Cancel at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. No additional texts will be sent unless you initiate another conversation or consent again.

Privacy

Delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed. Coastal Computers and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Availability may vary by carrier, device, location, and network conditions.

Changes
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
